The staff could not be more helpful and were extremely supportive and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. The property is so peaceful and calming. The food was a standout from my whole trip across Lombok including delicious dinner and breakfast. The owners care and eye for detail on everything are evident and nothing is ever too much. You have to come experience it for yourself. Recommend also their guide for a day walking tour...
