"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"Lovely pool villa in Moroccan style. Attentive and friendly staff who assisted us promptly and professionally. Good choice for breakfast and went out if those way to adapt to our requests. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Spa massage was great and in clean environment. "

"I had a great week at Porter hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff, they’re all so friendly, helpful and make the stay extra special. The room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed. The food at the hotel is really good, in fact I think the best meals I had on my trip were at the hotel.
