"I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. "Like stepping into a fairytale setting , all was beautiful ! The staff was on top of everything too . Our room was a bit noisy with service early in am but still very nice . I would recommend live music in the evenings as it is very quiet. We hope to return again ! "

"What a beautiful find. Relaxing and inviting. An amazing restaurant attached with a cook that either has or soon will have a Michelin Star. The hotel is perfectly located outside of Florence. Away enough and close enough. Once you are there no need to go anywhere unless you want to. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...
