Strand Palace Hotel
room spotless, staff very professional which is good these days as not many places can say this, I liked the choice of hand and bath soaps and would like to join as member with view to staying again, but cannot work out the internet format to do so.

It was simple to check-in but it was very noisy in teh foyer and it was difficult to hear reception as they told me about the hotel. Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
We weren’t in the hotel for long but were happy with the cleanliness. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was too cold overnight however and we couldn’t get the temperature up. Location was excellent.
