Property is just off the 401 and close to shopping, dining, gas station and the train station is approximately 5 minutes away. They offer a continental breakfast. The room is clean, staff was courteous. There is also free parking

Very large rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included but very limited selection of food items. Large selection of restaurants in the area, many within walking distance. Room was very clean but definitely in need of an update, especially the bathtub that had large worn spots on the bottom. Proximity to the 401 makes it a great location.

They tried to put two people on the second floor, no elevator. Our walkers would not cooperate and then our 2 queen size beds disappeared that we booked and it became 1 king size. I doubt i will ever use this facility again.

Overall the stay was good, just that the place is noticeably in need of some maintenance and replacement to stay current. Breakfast provided was ok (cold items and toast/pancakes) but not to the standard that most are offering these days. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. I attended a Blue Jays game during my stay. I was provided with a number of helpful tips regarding best ways to get to the stadium. The stadium is in down town Toronto. Not a place to go in a car. Really helped me out. A good place to stay at an economical price!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Needs a serious upgrade. Our room was worn and the carpet was filthy. The receptionist who checked us in was the highlight of our stay.

Front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly and made the transactions smooth as butter. The condition of the motel, no fault of the staff, it's going through a rebirth that should maybe be more private. The downstairs has seen better days, and yet there is a surprise down there, a room with a soaking tub. And the BEDS, wow! Goldilocks approved.

I was in room 106. The bathtub was full of rust, the sink was dirty, and so was the mirror. The touchups in the bedroom such as paint looked terrible and so was the floor in the bathroom, were they kind of did a makeshift with tiles. When we arrived for check-in, the front desk employees were not overly friendly, but checking out was even worse. I would not return.

The bathtub had not been cleaned. The window heater was so noisy that I could not sleep. The hotel dinning area was cold and I eventually required my winter coat to finish my coffee. There was no elevator given that there were 3 floors above ground and the dinning area was in the basement. Thankfully my partner could manage the stairs from the dinning area by grabbing the hand rail and pulling himself up each step. The check in time on Expedia was 2:00 but the hotel staff claimed it was 3:00 p.m. We had to be at a funeral at 2:00 in Thamesford.

I hate to rate negative, but a line was crossed on this one, the ladies at the front desk tried to help but when follow through doesn’t happen with house keeping staff you end up with a very frustrated customer, a customer who will not visit this hotel again. 😞

Our itinerary and all emails from Expedia said check-in was at 2pm so we arrived then and they said the room wasn't clean and that check-in isnt until 3pm so we had to find something to do for an hour while they cleaned the room. Breakfast staff was helpful and very kind. Staff are very nice. I just wish we wouldve known that check-in is at 3 instead of being told 2 then having to wait. Otherwise it was a good stay

I found the accessible parking a long walk especially being on oxygen and having a hip replacement. I had requested a room close to the door and the accessible parking. Not only did the walk from my car to the hotel leave me breathless, my room was halfway down the corridor. Now I can't upload a photo.
