We found the lighting system a little strange also having one towel and one glass for two people there is no place to sit in the room. We did really like the breakfast room and breakfast.

Clean spaces, but basic amenities. We were in an inside room, which I actually loved. So much sleeping in!

Dirty carpet was horrible - black corners throughout - shower was very wonky and someone else’s handprint was on the glass… We asked several times to fix our air conditioning - they could not. We were in a bind because SoHo was sold out. The touted “panel controls for the AC” - we were told by staff the panel it doesn’t work. Why not totally terrible? Breakfast was outstanding and the location can’t be beat - but the hotel needs a serious refresh. Don’t be shocked by how small the room is - if it was clean and the air circulated we could have ignored the “pod” size of the room.
