This is the second Premier Inn we’ve stayed at in London and it was great for our family of 4. The hotel breakfast is awesome and reasonably priced. Kids appreciate having their own twin beds. This premier is very convenient located right across the street from Paddington Station with access to the Elizabeth line. Plenty of restaurants and pubs located near by.

Excellent location near Paddington Station & restaurants. Very easy to get around the city from this location. The room was overall clean but housekeeping was rarely seen on the floors. Garbage & used towels were in the hallway for a full day before being collected.

A hotel that ticks so many boxes but just falls a little short when it comes to family rooms. Epic location, right outside Paddington station, at the Elizabeth line which is probably the best Underground line in London. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, Easter egg and crisps. The breakfast was delicious for £14 and kids eat free. The only negative was the room itself, it’s not designed for a family of 4. A double and two single beds were squeezed into the room, which made it uncomfortable, we were literally head to toe for the 3 nights. I would 100% stay again, just need to book two rooms.

I stayed here with family over all room condition was okay. But the spacing in the room was very tight. I had booked a triple and quadruple rooms everything was so congested. I wish there was a way go collapse one of the bed during the day and reopen it at night. Also room service needs to be requested. There are no amenities in the room. Although the staff here were fantastic they were all so sweet and welcoming and ready to help you.
