"room was a tad hard to locate due to confusing numbering signage so had to go back down and have someone show me where it was but then after that room was good. a bit on the small side but it was just me so all good. Room does not have A/C but a fan was running in the room when I got there and there was water to drink. Water was in a warm room and not refrigerated so didn’t drink it but still a nice touch."
"I decided to save a little money on my trip to London and book at a pod hotel. It was my first time staying in a pod. The building is conveniently located in Soho and just a 5 minute walk to the Tube & the Elizabeth line to Heathrow and a Tesco market right across the street. The area is super busy and lots to see. First impression was their staff, which was polite and very helpful. They have a nice lounge area and everything is very clean. Seems I was always seeing staff cleaning even in the middle of the night. As for the pod or nest as they call it...It was comfortable with a nice duvet. You are able to adjust lighting and temperature on your own to your liking. There is a ledge to hold a full size piece of luggage. The only downside is having to slide out in the middle of the night to go across the hall to use the bathroom. There wasn't a bunch of noise so very easy to sleep. WiFi worked well and was able to stream movies - there is no TV in the pods. Would I stay again - most definitely!"
"Short stay of 1 night for an event. The room was fab, and Air conditioning in the room itself was an added bonus. Staff were on hand to support people checking in (didn't need any ourselves, but they were proactive and pleasant). Would use again"
"The clean staff were wonderful and all the staff would acknowledge you when they passed. Truly wonderful staff with the exception of the gentleman that checked us in and out. Everyone else was extremely pleasant and ready to assist.
The gentleman that made our omelets on the weekend was amazing.
We are
Looking forward to booking the hotel on our next visit to London.
Well Done!!!!"
"The hotel was superb and the proximity to Heathrow was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I had an inside room which overlooked the conference room. For the amount of time I spent in there, it was not a problem.
The swimming pool was great after a drive and helped me relax. However, if you have a bad knee, like me, getting into the jacuzzi was an issue, there is no handrail to help you get in and out. The same applies to the pool. but the steps have a more gentle incline and I managed.
Parking was reasonable at £18 for 24 hours, the car park has limited spaces though.
Overall an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel."
