"I have stayed here numerous times. The room is always clean. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is typical but the coffee is wonderful."

"Clean hotel near Manchester airport. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms are spacious with a small seating area and a kitchenette. Parking is extra and should have been included in the price."

"Word"

"The property as a whole was fantastic, located very close to a lot of shopping and dining options. The room had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of sitting room. The only downside was that one of the other rooms had a very loud barking dog. The breakfast was high quality and a very good selection."

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and great to talk to, food was good (lots of options), it had everything we needed and I loved the hotel rooms."

"Room was nice and clean. Hair dryer was old and didn’t dry hair very well. Breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage and French toast were cold. Everything else was fine. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"For the most part everything was nice. Plenty of things to do around me and I was able to just keep to myself. Only real issue I came across was one of the morning associates was very rude to me when I went downstairs for breakfast. I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"The hotel was what I expected, we enjoyed our stay."

"Super friendly staff, really big nice room. Clean, but found an old bag of rotten Funyuns in the closet as we did a check out sweep. So that’s my only real complaint. We’d stay again!"

"When proximity to Rt. 93 and low price are the greatest selling points, you can tell the Park View Inn doesn't offer much. The property has seen better days. A "premium room" offers tired furniture, cracking wallpaper, and a delaminating bathroom mirror. On a positive note, it is clean and it looks ok from the outside. I have stayed at the Park View in the past, but I won't be returning."
