"Very much a middle of the road bare bones hotel. Fine for what it is."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. I had requested ahead of time to have all of our rooms on the same floor, and to my absolute delight, they accommodated us perfectly. It made getting ready and spending time together so much easier. "Clean and friendly"

"A lovely place to stay! Great location. Clean room. Would happily stay again!"

"The a/c was too noisy, which made it difficult to sleep"

"This is a great hotel for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy, perfect for one person. It was pretty quiet. The location is great, right near Penn Station and the Empire State Building. I could easily walk anywhere. There was also a free breakfast, which I appreciated. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the building seems well maintained, I asked for bar soap instead of the liquid containers and they quickly helped me. I would stay here again!"

"My room was super dirty and staff super rude"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Very noisy room but they provided earplugs. Breakfast/coffee didn’t start til 7:30 but the bodega next door had great coffee."

"The staff were very kind. The room was very small but clean with nice amenities. They definitely do the best with what they have. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area at night. I was alone so it was fine and met my needs but I wouldn’t bring my family there. Kind, clean and well maintained in a bit undesirable location."

"Amazing place to stay, so clean and the staff was great!"
