Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there."

"Upon arrival, I would have given 5 stars, because what’s not to love about being right on the beach! Well, what’s not to love is a noisy AC unit that wakes you up from a dead sleep when it turns back on in the middle of the night. That, and the lights were kept on outside the room all night which the curtains do not block out entirely. One final note - there were lots of noisy car races throughout the night, which, if the AC unit had the ability to stay running without going into energy-saving...

"Lady in the front office is not welcoming. The front staff argued for 30 minutes before checking me in. Internet didn’t work. No cable. Rainy days or times you’re in the room just isn’t worth being there."

"Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

"the hotel is a renovation, and it has all the right elements for a great beach vacation on the beach side but can easily see the bay. Get to the downtown area in a few minutes. the rooms are up to date and uses the space in the room right down to the last inch. the air conditioning could use an upgrade and they might what to put a few more lights in the room, but overall it works for a family of 4. or a couple the pool is great for the end of day after the beach and the staff is extremely...
