"The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Of the 2 rooms we had for the night the beds were comfortable & 1 of the rooms was very quiet. Unfortunately the lobby & elevators were cluttered with construction materials, old decorations & covered furniture as they clearly were sprucing up the place. It made the entrance & lobby unusable. They were painting the front desk throughout the day & night which was smelly. I chose this Hampton Inn over another close by because of reviews & the nice...

"The staff did not know how to operate their new computer system and were unable to check me in. I waited 45 minutes for my key card and only after the hotel manager arrived from his home to do it. The room is outdated and in poor to fair condition. There was hair in the sink and the shower. "

"There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too. They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day. "

"We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The Saturday morning breakfast needed replenishing at 9:15. There were 2 people working the breakfast service. The waffle batter was empty, utensils were running out, no yogurt, milk was running out. No fruit. When the waffle batter was refilled, I had to ask for sugar free syrup. it was begrudgingly provided. Everything was full just before 10:00 but that was at the end of the serving time. "Filthy disgusting rooms terrible condition walls dirty ceiling falling apart bathtub not cleaned sink stuffed up toilet sitting it rocks. When complained to staff all they said what do you expect. I took pictures of the room I have never had to stay in a discusting room like this. Said no refunds."

"Clean Room - Very Friendly And Nice Ladies At The Front Dest - Great Breakfast! The only down side was when the elevator opened to the housekeeping side, it reeked of weed. Some people might not mind. I thought it was a little low rent, but other than the overwhelming smell of dope, it was a great stay! "

"Checked in, went to car to get luggage the man that registered us in came around the corner and was rude didn't remember me checking inn. People in next room were up at 4:30 very noisy and loud. Did not get any rest. Pictures showed place was very nice, I guess the next time I will be spectacle before booking. "
