"The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers."

"The pool was out of order, which was no big deal but the elevator was out of order too and the only room available was on the third floor, so we had to carry luggage up and down three flights. The desk clerk didnt care, no "sorry" or anything."

"Can’t say a lot because when we got there after traveling all day, they didn’t have a room for us., even though I made reservations awhile ago. Other guests stayed an extra night. Manager was nice about it. They put us in a room at another property they own, very close, but still had to go somewhere else. Days Inn. Manager actually followed us over there to make sure we had no problems checking in. Give him credit for that. But… room had no toiletries, had to go back and get soap. Forgot to ask...

"The room was clean but that was after we had to go back to the front desk to get another room because the room they gave us still had unmade beds. Doors did not close behind you properly and there was a gap around the door that you could see during the night as well as loud road noise from the highway. The description may have said full beds but I missed that and so with 4 of us staying in 2 full beds it wasn’t comfortable. We all had a terrible night sleep which was not conducive to our long...

"I am a history enthusiast about SC. I liked the location for convenience to the annual Gullah Festival and waterfront. The bed was comfortable but the need to change out the pillows is a must because the filler was in bug balls and required constant shaking for comfort. Parking- great. Convince to shopping and restaurants- great"

"my feet were black no trash cans no ‘ do not disturb’ sign. asked for trash can 3 times, was told there should be 2 in the room. The night before we left we got 1. dust on top of small refrigerator sad it has not been kept up. it is closet to Parris Island and they have graduation weekly, so this place gets many visitors just for that reason. Evens smells musty, not fresh needs fresh paint. better cleaning."
