"The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They are amazingly helpful. The facilities are well kept and the rooms are kept very clean. The cleaning people clean my room every other day at my request and they kept it very nice. The hotel needs refurbishing as it is very outdated. However, the cleanliness and the staff make up for it."

"My family and I walked in after an arduous day of travel, the warm welcome we received erased all the horrible events that occurred during our travel day. The service and the staff provided superior service, exceptional!!!! I have already recommended this stay to friends and we will definitely will be returning. They made our stay at the Clonmel Castle feel like home away from home. Breakfast was our favorite meal, fresh, all natural and little to no preservatives. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!"
