Our first room was full of ants so the staff put us in another, which ended up with ants two days later when we checked out. "There is no actual front office. When you get there, you have to call someone, and then text you the registration form. It is very fast, however, we were stuck in a lightening storm outside, as it started lightening while on the phone. Do not be fooled by the word “studio”. It is just a bedroom, does not even have a couch or a single chair, which can be a very exhausting experience for travelers. The A/C in our room was blowing directly on to the bed. "I wanted to love this hotel. But, it’s poorly renovated and shabby. The bed was fine and the shower was fine. There was rust and black (mold?) along the bottom of the shower. Our AC was broke. In Florida. They sent someone to fix it. We had a miserable night. The next day they sent someone to replace the whole unit. Everything was almost nice. It was $500 a night for just okay - almost not okay. Don’t regret it - won’t be back."

"The decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved the little details of our room. Maintenance is very poor. When we arrived our toilet wouldn’t flush as soon as we entered the room. We went down and told them immediately and they said they made a note to have it fixed. It was never fixed and we stayed for three nights. It was very inconvenient filling a bucket of water to flush the toilet after every use. We had two adults and two children. One elevator was broke and the other...

"The room was great, comfortable, super clean. The bathroom shower was the BEST feature of the room. Cooler, beach chairs and towels available in the room. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. The Tiki restaurant food was yummy and the staff very helpful. The pool was the least of our preference."

"Places is clean and staff were friendly, It just need more for breakfast. There weren't much choices, like bacon needed and pancakes. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."
