"The hotel was clean and well appointed The staff were extremely helpful and willing. The false fire alarm at 5am was not helpful and the car park is too small for the hotel if it is fully booked."

"Really friendly, helpful and diligent reception staff. My room was clean and airy, but the only negative point was the noise coming from the rooms contiguous to mine. I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay and if you're flying from Birmingham airport."
