"Staff friendly and informative on arrival. Room was clean and well maintained and equipped in the kitchenette. Beautifully decorated hotel with elegant features. Garden area a lovely place to sit in the morning with a brew. Although I didn’t have breakfast there the bar area was always stocked with a lovely continental style food. Highly recommended. "

"The property is exactly as described. It provides a rather cheap option where multiple people can stay in a very big room near to London which is very close via public transport. Richmond which is a stone throw away has plenty of things to do and he can easily spend one to two days there. The parking is a bit expensive and you have to pay 15 pounds a night for that that is expected of Brentford / Richmond. "Walkable to transportation, shopping, and food. Spent a great deal at T.K. Maxx getting things I didn't prepare for. Very accommodating staff. Apartment was nice and clean. Appliances were clean. Would stay again. If stairs are a problem, ask for a lower unit. "

"The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there! "

"Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. Elena gave us a walkthrough of the apartment and answered all questions we may have had. Thank you, for making our stay and 1st time in London a great one!! "
