"We were in town for the USMNT vs Canada game so we wanted something close to the green line. This location was a 3-4 minute walk and was very easy to navigate. Receptionists were very friendly upon checking in. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our family loved the pool! Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast but it was very nicely organized and laid out and was consistently being replenished while we were there. There was a $27 dollar fee to park but...

"There was never a warm welcome in the front lobby. Haven't seen any smile from any of the hotel staff.
We also hate their policy of "no full service on weekends", unless guests contact front desk to request. We travel 3-4 times a year, (local and international) and this is the first time, we encounter a hotel that wouldn't replace bathroom towels on a daily basis.
The bathroom was dusty and i need to clean it before use. I only found out when it was near midnight that the hair dryer was so...

"The staff were great. The hotel lobby is dark and uninviting. The rooms are small. So small that the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. It's at the door when you walk into the room. Even though upgrades were done, the rooms are still not up to par with other hotels. The doors are super thin as well; you can hear everything in the hallways, but it was not so much going on in the hallways. Overall, the room was clean, staff were friendly, the place was quiet and most importantly, I FELT SAFE!"

"The room that was assigned to me when I checked in, was already reserved by someone else, When I unlocked the door and walked in I noticed someone else’s luggage in the room. Thank goodness no one was in there. The situation could have been dangerous or at the very least, very embarrassing. I immediately reported this to the front desk attendant, and she of course assigned me to a different room, but she did little in the way of apologizing."

"The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers.
Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it.
Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there."
