"Attended a wedding 29th of may. The wedding event was excellent. Stayed in a garden room quirky and well maintained, a bit hot though. Now my real upsetting point. The joiners arms, my nephew who was getting married booked a table for 25 people, unfortunately 29 turned up. The host would not accomodate the 4 extra in even allowing of us to eat in the bar, her comment was to go and eat in seahouses. "Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Fabulous place I only stayed here because of a Bruce Springsteen concert in Sunderland so all the Hotels in Newcastle were full. Well worth a visit. Only downside was the size of my fish at dinner. Can only be described as a child’s portion but they brought another half without any complaint. "

"Honestly for the price this room was brilliant, noise from the bar wasn’t bad - the walls are quite thin though so you can hear people in the corridor loudly. Only thing I’d say which needs sorting is the stench coming from the plumbing. We had to keep the bathroom door shut the entire time because it stank so bad. Also we stayed on the top floor and it was absolutely boiling with the window open, unsure why as it’s only 16 degrees outside but that did disrupt my sleep. Apart from that,...
