"Lovely connected double rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, but next to a busy road so not an attractive location. Only problem was very noisy air conditioning, whooshing and gurgling even when turned off."

"Air conditioning is very poor and in the quad rooms it does not reach the upper level beds so they are very hot. Easy access off the motorway, 15 minutes to city centre"

"I’m not naive to think everyone needs to speak 4 languages like I do, but no English speaking staff, no English signs makes checking in and ordering breakfast a real challenge that isn’t a necessary challenge. Small things will make a big difference."
