I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100."

"The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean."

"Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it."
