"The hotel offers a large parking lot with free parking. This was a huge plus! Very convenient. The room was rather spacious and especially the bathroom amenities were exceptionally good. It smells rather musty when you enter the room for the first time, but it’s no surprise due to the age of the building. Sound-proofing of the building could be better. But generally, the hotel is well-maintained and offers a high standard."

"Great hotel. Feature beams in the room. Bar & restaurant for evening food with a canal side outdoors terrace facing the evening sun. Breakfast included was really nice and is in the cafe opposite. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful. Very good for access to the train station which is 6 stops from Amsterdam Central, 15 mins. "

"Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügte angabegemäß auch über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass auch Geschirrspültabs im Zimmer verfügbar waren, so dass wir auch das Geschirr unaufwendig für uns nutzen konnten. Die Zimmereinrichtung war modern und stilvoll. Der Online-Check-In funktionierte nicht aufgrund der noch zu entirchtenden City Tax. Das freundliche Personal hat uns daher umso mehr geholfen."

"I don’t usually complain about places, even when I’ve stayed for short periods. However, I wouldn’t really call this a hotel — it felt more like a roadside motel. At reception, the staff only spoke about the city tax. There was no welcome or even a simple “thank you.” Also, the city tax was higher than what was shown on the app. Yes, it is very close to the train station.
