"Very nice staff"

"Super Hotel mit dem besten Personal! Frühstück war sehr lecker. Lage des Hotels ist Top, es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub!"

"Meine Frau und ich hatten uns das Hotel für eine Übernachtung ausgewählt, um in Amsterdam ein Konzert zu besuchen. Es liegt zwar ein gutes Stück außerhalb von Amsterdam, ist aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut angebunden. Das Hotel ist toll ausgestattet, das Zimmer war hervorragend. Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend mit toller Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Amsterdam werden wir wieder dieses Hotel wählen."

"Not clean"

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"De lunch was verassende veelzijdig en gewoon lekker. Voor het ontbijt geef ik eveneens 5 sterren. De kamer was top en badkamer met regendouche perfect in orde. Toch een aandachtpunt in de wellness ruimte zijn er geen handdoeken en dat kan duidelijk beter. Tot slot is de fitness zeer volledig voor een volledige work-out. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The room is cosy, spotless and very functional. The room and check-in worked well, the staff were accommodating and friendly. On-sight parking is available and we were able to park across from our room. We visited family so didn't get the chance to use the restaurant but it looked good. Suggestions for improvement would be: TV instructions in other languages than Dutch, a small heater in the living room or the possibility of lighting the fireplace (it got chilly...

"Compleet en Goed ontbijt, Vriendelijk personeel, 1 personeelslid sprak geen Nederlands, 1 personeelslid gebrekkig Nederlands. Kamer was goed. Zachte bedden. Kleine badkamer maar fijne douche."

"Mitten im arabischen Viertel Utrechts 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Altes Kloster modern umgebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück super lecker, frisch und ausreichend. Kaffee könnte besser sein, allerdings ist so etwas immer individuelle Geschmacksache. "

"Schone kamer. Alleen kamer is te donker. Mag wel een licht erbij. Vorig x waren wij hier 1 nacht en was onze kamer veel groter en ruimer met een mooie uitzicht. Ook een welness kamer. Nu stuk kleiner voor 2 nachten en bouw uitzicht. Beetje jammer. Maar verder prima."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Crown Plaza Utrecht. The location was excellent for access to train station, great shopping mall attached, short walk to the Oudegracht area with amazing restaurants and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Utrecht"

"Good location for walking but noise at night is bad. They are aware as leave air plugs in room but even with these it was very noisey. Did like the hotel but would not stay there afain"

"Sehr gute Unterkunft . Das ist Hotel ist bischen in die Jahre gekommen . Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es liegt sehr zentral das man überall zufuss hinkonnte . Eine Abmachung mit Parkhäusern wäre ein Vorteil weil die Parkplatz Kosten echt hoch sind da . Ansonsten alles super "

"The hotel is ideally placed in the shopping mall which is just a short walk from the central train and bus station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. Whilst the room is adequate for a one or two night stay, it felt too small and lacked storage space for two people on a longer stay."
