"For the price we paid (£450 per day), it is over rated. All amenities were shared across multiple hotels, though the one we used were not busy or crowded. The sauna bucket was always empty of water. No staff’s monitoring. We never received the welcome wine bottle ( included in the price). Breakfast was not to the level of a 5 star hotel. We had much better ones in 4 stars or below. The room A/C was like a jumbo jet plane starting and when complained it was fixed promptly. I question the quality...

"Hotel Lapad is well located. Although it is not in the Old Town, it is walkable. There are restaurants nearby. Our room faced the water and the hills beyond. It allows guests to explore the Lapad area, besides the crowded and noisy Old Town. It was easy to get Uber rides. Our room on the seventh floor had a balcony. It was quiet and restful. The staff was friendly. For my birthday they sent up a tray of small local treats as a surprise, a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast buffet was plentiful,...

"The rooms were comfortable but dated. The room was cleaned daily. The balcony was a small space room for 1 chair. It also was dirty. The hotel rooms need updating they are old. Carpet was worn,dirty,.The reasturant was clean but food not very appealing breakfast was same evey morning and mostly food from following evening. Nice thing was near beach and not far from lapad boardwalk."
