"This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The family that own it are so helpful and kind , they will do everything to accommodate you, with a smile and sincerity that you just don’t find in other hotels.
We are coming back in September and look forward to seeing them again.
The old time charm of the hotel along with its history are amazing.
Highly recommend it !"

"Very friendly front desk and all other hotel staff. The young lady who was working evening shift on October 5th at the restaurant was so kind , professional and helpful. I arrived around 2130 from the airport due to flight delays..etc was astonishing , she made sure I have food even there was only couple minutes left to close the restaurant. So THANK YOU. Also the front desk staff all 5 stars. Very friendly, and always answered my questions with patients and smiles.

"If you are looking for seclusion then this island stays is for you. Staff ultra friendly helpful. Rooms are adequate and the pool and amenities are adequate.
The negatives - it is an island so you are reliant on the Ferry to the mainland. This only arrived a handful of times per day. If you miss the last one you are stuck. Sunday is a no go as only arrives maybe 3 times a day. Though only 5 euros for a one-way ticket. The hotel is all inclusive however if you have been to Mexico this is not...

"It is located few miles away the old city and has nice ocean views.
Decent room size however nothing unique . Being five star hotel was surprised not having hot tubs or heated pools or jacuzzi
Rooms had only tubs and height is kind of not easy to navigate .
No rain shower or shower stall. No umbrellas in the room or airport shuttle .
Simple and Standard queen size bed.
Next time I would rather stay close to old town perhaps in a better hotel."
