"Exactly as advertised! If you are going to Dubrovnik, this is the apartment to book. Literally, right next to Tvrđava Minčeta, you can see if from your door! Its so centrally located and because it is right outside Old Town, you can easily catch a cab in and out! The management is helpful and friendly - if I ever return, this is the spot I'm going to book! "

"Spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Host was super friendly and available if anything was needed. Air conditioning was excellent (two pumps in the space). Use of outdoor terrace and washing machine. Please note: 40 steps up from the gate to the apartment. Main parking garage is roughly 175 steps above the property on the edge of the old town. Walk to Pile Gate from the property is a gentle slope. Overall excellent apartment with a comfortable bed - had a great 3 day stay."

"Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us. "

"This property only has one bath and is advertised as having two baths. It is a very expensive property so the lack of accuracy of the listing is unacceptable. Mattresses were exceedingly firm and uncomfortable. Also note that it is on two levels with an exterior staircase."

"The place was not as advertised. It is very small and run down. There were 2 of us in the party. The pictures indicated two separate sleeping areas/ beds, however I apparently needed to specify that I needed the second made up because it was not and the contact person was unable to come by and do it. Instead I got directions for a sheet, only fitted ones. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was not vented to the outside so it blew hot air into the already hot room. "We found a little slice of paradise here after a busy 10 days in Italy! The place was spotless and private, and our hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. We enjoyed two traditional Croatian dinners cooked in coals. The history, the home made aperitifs, and meals cooked from the land were a highlight.
