Bed not clean, having hairs. Toilet very smelly. Misleading breakfast information shared, extra charged. Staff not helpful, not really kind and patient communicating in English. Car uncovered and not under hotel’s management.

This Parador is in a lovely location and is a wonderful historic building. Views from our room and from the terrace were beautiful. However, the place is rather let down by very indifferent staff.
