"The hotel is an older property but well maintained. The pool has been closed for a long time and is still closed although it should have opened last month. The hot shower is tepid. Staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location just off the interstate."

"Room was not ready at 6pm was given a 30 minute estimate it was an hour and a half until we got our room. Even though they said they would call us when the room was ready they didn’t and a manager assisted us. They waived the parking fee gif our trouble but I trcurvec a bill anyway to date no response from the property."

"Room was not cleaned properly. Used towel was still present in bathroom.. bed linen was dirty.. room door lock was not working.. there was some police activity on the day we stayed"

"The room we were assigned to was right next to the ice machine and washer and dryer. The hotel was not full so not sure why they would put someone there. People were doing laundry till after midnight. The shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty as well as the Kleenex were out. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night. Went out of the room in the morning to get breakfast and came back to our keys not working. Had to wait 15 min for someone to come to the front desk where they reprogrammed the keys with no apology for the inconvenience. Instead blamed me for having them near my phone, which was not the case. The price is good and the room was clean. But overall it was not a good experience."

"Room was very clean upon check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Valet service procedure worked and my car was available within a few minutes. They even gave good directions to the Christmas Story house...a must see in Cleveland."

"Everything started out great when my girlfriend and I first arrived. This was a birthday present for myself and also a getaway trip from work/home life. I was so excited to be able to use a hot tub because of the type of work I do when I went downstairs around 6 PM to use the hot tub there was a family with 8 kids in the hot tub with four adults now hey I get it but when there’s a sign behind you that says no children under 18 and you have little children with Floaties on who can’t even swim that’s dangerous not to mention it’s rude. The next day, my girlfriend went down to the staff and told them how upset we were that we couldn’t even use that hot tub because they stayed in it all night. They went back and reviewed the footage and seeing that there were children in there and got very upset because it can hurt their bodies. They said they did make it up and switch our room to a nicer room. I don’t know I feel like that really didn’t have anything to do with the problem, but it was so nice and they gave us two free complementary breakfast tickets but then the next night we were able to use it and then we went and ate and then by the time we came back those same people and the kids were back in the hot tub, so I said something again so all in all it really wasn’t that bad if they just paid more attention to the people that are swimming in the pool and hot tub"
