We had to stay one night because everywhere else was completely booked. But they kindly allowed us to cancel our remaining 2 nights and switched hotels. Was a pain switching, but the hotel we switched to was so worth it."

"They tried to forcibly enter my room after I fell asleep in a completely dry bathroom, that being the only thing that would ease my nausea. They cited water in the vents but there were no vents on the floor in the bathroom. Don't turn on the air conditioning or else these clowns will send someone to break in to your room, should another customer complain about being cold."
