"Exactly and Better then we expected from our B&B. The host, Amy is such a fantastic person. The location is excellent, Walkability in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Ventura Boulevard is 15 minutes walk. Our daily breakfast were fantastic. Bed was comfortable. The shower and hot water was plentiful and we look forward to our next visit here."

"I had a great experience at my stay here. The room was clean and actually cozy. The bathroom was clean and stocked as well. It was a very quiet environment too. The host, Yaffa was kind and attentive with all my needs. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. Full hearty foods with a variety from day to day. This was my first time trying an actual BnB and it's made me want to consider it again on my next travels. "

"The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly. "This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!"
