It is a public pier that the City of Long Beach rents out to larger boats that cannot be accommodated elsewhere, and we have no control of that dock. A boat that big is a rare occurrence in Rainbow Harbor. We hope to welcome you aboard again!

I apologize if you felt I was unfriendly. We pride ourselves on communication since we are a unique property. Our office does have set check in hours and, without any notice, a late check in can be difficult to arrange. Had you notified us in advance of needing a late check by email or when we spoke on the phone, we would have easily made arrangements to accommodate your needs.
