We had a really awful time staying at this hotel. I paid $253 for this hotel via Expedia for a night. I was double-billed $260 at the front desk when I checked in. Upon asking two receptionists, both confirmed they were new hires. I was told to see the manager at checkout after they contacted their manager. I was unhappy due to the fraudulent charge on my card. While checking out, I saw “Tiffany Ainsworth”the manager. She said she voided my Expedia booking, and I should receive a refund within five business days. Expedia charged me $253 for this hotel, but the hotel double-charged me for $260, leaving me disappointed. Additionally, the manager was not friendly and untruthfully said she had given me points. Upon checking my account after leaving, I discovered I had zero reward points. The manager lacked honesty and friendliness. Also, because neither TV in the room was functional, we missed out on watching TV. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the next room.
