"Staff was horrible. Gave us a room that had non working A/C(and knew about it), at 1am after Disneyland. Had to wait for maintenance just to tell me he had already been flagged for not working. Go back downstairs cuz no one called to assign another room. Maintenance guy said they’d call… Go downstairs ..."
