"Teníamos una habitación con varios desperfectos. Nos cambiaron de habitación y en la nueva habitación tuvimos goteras del aire acondicionado y olor a tuberías durante toda la estancia. Nos quejamos todos los días, pero nadie supo solucionar el problema, el hotel estaba lleno y el personal de mantenimiento ..."
