Staff was unprepared for our stay. We were a group of around 10 rooms, booked over 2 months ahead of time. As we all got there, one person at front desk, and what looked like only 1 housekeeping staff. Some of us came early, asked for early check in, front staff would tell us maybe 30 more minutes or an hour WHICH WE WERE OK WITH, as we knew we were early. However it obviously stressed the other housekeeping staff who was running around getting rooms ready. But it became obvious when we got into the rooms how outdated and barely maintained everything was. Old carpets, old drapes, bathrooms. We knew what we were paying for. However being booked so long ago, I would’ve thought they’d at least make sure the curtains were hanging properly, and the wallpaper wasn’t peeling excessively. It just felt like they weren’t too used to having so many guests all at once. Also, the site pictures are all outdated too, and NOT what it currently looks like.
