Def not a fan of the food, mediocre at best! Getting an adult beverage is AVERAGE takes 15 min but most of the time over 20! If you're getting a Riu Party room expect a concert in your room until the party is over, literally vibrates and shakes the door/windows. Place is HUGE and never would have thought that was going to be a problem until it takes you 10 min just to get to to where you are going & that's even if you know the right route to take. Was there 10 days and STILL couldn't just go to a restaurant or pool or bar or bathroom without trying to remember how to get there, people are always lost. 3 of the pools got closed down because someone threw up in it. So they close it the rest of the day, which doesn't sound that big of a deal until all those people all head to the next pool and then the real fun starts & takes 25 min to get a drink and shoulder to shoulder with everyone! This is by far the worst RIU I've ever been to. The they did an excellent job keeping/refilling the mini bar & housekeeping. The place is beautiful and their beach area is awesome but def not a place you can get in and swim, closest and safest place to be in the water is medano beach in the marina. Website says 24 hour room service which turns out they don't have any roomservice at all. Normally any RIU property allows you to go use the other Riu facilities, restaurants, bar everything but if you're staying here( Santa Fe ) you're not able to to but if staying at others then they can use Santa fe
