Every single person went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. "Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."
