"When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. "Only one person I met at the hotel spoke English. I tried to communicate in Spanish as best that I could, and I know that it was not perfect, however, it is far from terrible. It only resulted in receiving strange looks and the restaurant staff not understanding my breakfast order.
