"The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay...

"No geral a estadia foi boa. No hotel tem um restaurante (mto bom), porém no primeiro dia houve uma certa resistência em aceitar o pagamento com cartão de crédito, problema solucionado no outro dia conversando com outra funcionária. O hotel fica num lugar lindo na beira do lago, otimo para nadar.. Santa Cruz la Laguna é um pueblo mais isolado, não tem mta opção de cafes e restaurantes, mas como gosto de um sossego achei ótimo. "This hotel exceeded expectations being located within a gated property and the staff was helpful. The surrounding gardens were pretty. Breakfast is only served 7:30-9 so we missed breakfast after a late arrival. The hotel is located near restaurants. The surrounding area is not quiet; however, convenience was worth the noise. You can arrange for private transportation from the airport directly with the hotel, which was helpful. "

"This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property.
