Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly."

It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey."

"Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer...

"Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!"

"We were not impressed with our stay here. We stayed for two nights and our private room was never serviced. When we arrived there was a yellow stain on the top sheet of our bed. We asked them to replace the sheet and they did, only to replace it with another sheet that also had mysterious stains. The bed did not have a fitted sheet but rather a larger top sheet that rested on the mattress which moved around as you slept, leaving you to sleep on the bare mattress. The bathroom had an awful smell...
