"In a better world, this property would have gotten a much better rating- the problem was this: I paid $650 (that is more than $200/night!) for a room that when I arrived did NOT have a window; did NOT have electrical sockets to charge my devices, did NOT have a desk or counter to place items such as my laptop for work or minibar, coffee machine, cleaning service- none of this was mentioned on Expedia when I booked! I was then offered an "upgrade" to a better room, wch I accepted & it was in fact...
