"This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. "The Grand Paramar was located at a much quieter area of Puerto Vallarta but everything was close by. It was extremely hot the week we went but our room was always cool and clean. The staff made themselves available but respected our privacy. Our stay was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend."
