"This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. "The room held the basics. At check-in they supplied us with free earplugs and explained that the area bars can be late or noisy. Staff was helpful with tour reservations, bus routes, and paths to maneuver through the area. The front desk was staffed 24 hours a day with people who spoke both Spanish and English. The room staff was very friendly and helpful with offers to clean the room on a daily basis."
