"We stayed at Kozmo for 3 nights while visiting the beautiful city of Budapest. It is a 5 star hotel in every sense but ultimately service is paramount. All staff were warm, friendly, personable and always helpful. The suite was immaculate, the food excellent and the gym well maintained with updated equipment. It was perfect and one really can’t improve on that."

"The staff were very helpful, the room was lovely, it was very clean and the location excellent. Bolt taxi appeared in minutes and cafes, shops nearby. We loved the courtyard outside the hotel…a lively but not loud gathering place with tables and chairs and access to a great restaurant and a coffee shop. Highly recommend this small, luxury hotel."

"The rooftop pool was a lovely treat to wake us up after travelling. Huge sauna and not busy so easy to relax. Breakfast had lots of choice from fresh fruit, yummy pastries and made to order omelette. No complaints from me and I'm a fussy eater. We had an issue with our safety deposit box, within minutes of asking for help the maintenance guy was at the door and had it sorted. Very good service overall and a beautiful hotel."
