"Staff was super friendly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking both evening and morning. It's very isolated and when we arrived we hadn't eaten and there isn't a restaurant, just keep that in mind. Highly recommend a drive into Eureka Springs while you're there. We did that for dinner and then came back for the sunset. All around a great weekend getaway! "

But the walk back up from the lake was hard on us. My husband has copd and i had hip surgery not long ago. Just wish there was a better way up and down. But we give it all in all. A 99 out of 100. Thank you all at beaver lake cottages. "
"Very nice place. Stayed in cabin 5 with Hot Tub, next to pool and firepit. Unfortunately it rained all 4 days so we didn't get to enjoy much of the outside. Unit was in excellent condition with modern interiors and exteriors."

"I wanted to do something special for my sister who is turning 70. So we rented one of the cliff cottage rooms, even though we chose not to eat the breakfast the room was amazing. My sister loved it and it made her 70th birthday so much more special thank you so much."

"The All Seasons Inn was incredible! We stayed in the Fourth of July room and it was so cute and cozy. A perfect place for the weekend. It was walkable to downtown, there was a parking lot specifically for the hotel, and Pat was so kind with answering our calls and providing instructions for check in and check out. "I stayed here for a best friend girls getaway September 12-14th. The room was wonderful, clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One spot is allowed per room and the only difficulty we had was finding close parking to leave our other car - this was expected as parking in Eureka is just hard all over town. I would highly recommend this cute and cozy spot and will definitely be back."
