"호텔 협력업체직원이 회색 SUV 를 세차 하면서 문 4짝을 모두 열어놓고 있었다. 지나 가려고 했으나 눈을 마주침에도 불구하고 절대로 안비키네요? 서울에서 400km 운전후 3개의 무거운 백팩을 메고 있었고, 캐리어도 끌고있었습니다. 지나가려고 쳐다봤지만, 그 여자분은 끝까지 비켜주지 않았습니다. 결국 건물 왼쪽으로 돌아서 로비로 들어가야 했습니다. 고등학생 자녀를 둘 만한 나이였기에, 예의도, 품위도, 배려도 전혀 없는 태도에 충격을 받았네요. 호텔홍단에서는 잘못된 협력 업체를 선택한게 아닌가 생각됩니다. 호텔 투숙객이 지나가도록 양보하기는 커녕 자신의 세차에 몰두하는 나이를 거꾸로 드신 무개념에 깜놀. She was old enough to have a highschool student as a child, so I was shocked she had no clue, manners, class, or consideration. I think her company is a bad example of picking the wrong business partner, because she was more determined to clean her car than to let the hotel guest pass. I could not see the ocean at all. I forgot that I reserved the ocean view, I think the staff did not care that I got the correct room? The room was clean but had a wet rag (or wet dog) smell. I'm not sure if it was due to humidity or the cleaning chemicals, but it was not pleasant, and it was continuous. "
