"This was one of the most luxurious hotels Ive stayed. The room was super spacious. Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. Hotel is near lotte world. The view from the room was stunning. Will stay here again if I'm traveling to S. Korea. Also I had the best sleep here. Duvet & pillows are so comfortable. "

"사진과 호텔스 닷컷 평점보고 예약했는데요 사진은 뽀샵 혹은 최초 인테리어 했을때 사진이지 않을까 싶네요 실제 가서 보면 오래되어 깨끗해 보이지 않습니다 수건도 오래되어서 수건은 가정에서 오래쓰면 부드러움 빠진 거친 마치 걸레처럼 뻐신 느낌의 수건인데 오래되어서 흰색인데 살짝 회색빛이 나는 수건 3개랑 깨끗한거 1개 비치되었구요 침구류도 오래되어 흰색이 아닌 회색빛이라 깨끗한 느낌이 들지 않았습니다 1회용품 별도 청구 였구요 호텔이라기 보다는 모텔에 호텔 이름만 넣은게 아닌가 싶은 생각이 들었습니다 방음 안되어서 다른방 문닫는 소리 밖에서 시끄럽게 하는 소리에 숙면이 힘들었는데 12시에 겨우함들었는데 2시에 추워서 눈떴구요 혹시나 바닥에 짚어보니 차갑더라구요 자기전엔 따뜻했는데 ㅡㅡ 7시넘으니 다시 따뜻해지긴 하더군요 pc 2대있는데 사용 안해서 모르구요 tv는 리모콘 반응속도가 느리더군요 끝을 좋았던건 온수는 잘 나왔습니다"

"Solo traveler who speaks a few languages but not Korean! Very easy access to subway and lots of places to eat, including places with kiosk ordering. Hotel itself has a “cafeteria” which does not have food but it does have bottled water, carbonated drinks, and an automated espresso machine 24/7. It also has other appliances to help you cook convenience store food. Room is not trying to be 5 stars, but the amenities are thoughtfully chosen, including very comfy bathrobe, refrigerator, hot water...

"It's just a hotel. It's a motel where couples can take a short break. It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."

"The room was large and very clean with alot of facilities. Toiletries etc. There were lots of eating places around and convenience stores. Easy acces to lotte world etc"

"Fantastic stay! I would stay here again. Easy location to travel around Seoul. The rooms were spotless, cozy and lovely addition with the bath. I was there solo but had so much room I could’ve easily had another traveller with me. Thank you for the lovely staff who welcomed me. I felt so sad to be leaving. "Good location with lots of eateries around. Public transport close by. Parking is also available. Rooms are spacious. Has a built in room service tablet and a japanese toilet 😅 with heated seat. Free amenities in the lobby are nice 👌."

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was...

"Excellent location in Gangnam, close to COEX on one end, the main Gangnam strip on the other, and on the green metro line that connects much of Seoul. Staff is superb, very attentive and helpful in every way. Rooms are typical size for Seoul and very clean with nice bedding. Highly recommended!"

"This was my second visit to this hotel. I was impressed by staff kindness on my first visit 6 month ago and they did not let me down this time either. Lots of fine dinings around the area (walkable) and hotel location was great. It is also much quieter than Gangnam station area where I used to stay. Room was also very spacious compared to other business hotels in the area. I would definately recommend this hotel for your visit in Seoul "
