"“Recently refurbished” would not describe our room. Many stains on the rug made us not want to walk without shoes on. Shower area was unsatisfactory. Bar service was poor. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Despite the common areas being lovely and warm Room 225 was very cold, the electronic thermostat in the room would not increase the temperature for long if at all and apparently seems to be controlled by the reception / management. There was a noisy vent / fan blowing right at our bedroom window ..."
