Lots of stuff close by: shops, foods, highway access, etc. Dead insects and other debris around the room. Drains in the room need to be cleaned. Most surfaces had to be wiped down when we got there. Headboard of the bed is sticky from cleaning residue.

Towels were stained, shower was in poor condition, while place felt a bit run down. Lady at checkin was quite slow and the same person at checkout was just talking on her phone loudly and did not move to help me even after I asked.

Perfect affordable place to stay! It is such a convenient location within walking distance of many nearby businesses, friendly staff, clean room with a BALCONY that I was not expecting. Noisy road is my only complaint, and that’s the price you pay for being so close to everything, so it’s worth it in my opinion! I would recommend staying here .

Can’t beat the location. Lots of people rev engines and drive like maniacs in the middle of the night, so, other than that it was a fantastic value and I would stay there every time I come to Louisville.
