Common hall carpet definitely needs replacing; but room was extremely clean throughout. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great value for the rate.

This hotel was close to the airport which was what we needed. Our non smoking room had a smoke smell so we asked and received another room. Nice size room, comfy bed and nice bathroom.

Great location, very economical, but dated

Very economical, but you get what pay for. Common areas could have used a good scrubbing and carpet cleaning, but room had nice bed and was spacious. I’m not picky and would definitely go back given the cost savings compared to other hotels in the area—GREAT location for the Expo Center.

Just a bed to crash on.

This is a decent place to rest for a night. It's dated, with a couple of artwork to improve the aesthetics of the room. But that's about it. The place is quiet enough to get a night of rest. There are no bells and whistles when it comes to this place. Just a large bed and clean bathroom.

Descent

The folks and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was descent. Super old air conditioning unit. Hotel condition is raggedy and dirty in the main areas but the room was clean. Very dirty carpets throughout.

The property itself was a little rundown with questionable people sitting on the ground outside of the building. Inside the room was clean and looked like the pictures. The breakfast consisted of toast and cereal. The staff we interacted with were not very friendly, except for one man.

The staff was very kind and helped us with our troubled unit in our room. We ended up moving rooms which was not ideal but they helped us and the rest of the stay was fine. The hotel is old and the hallways have no AC. The room was clean and pretty comfy- pillows could be harder by personal preference. The breakfast was simple and worked for our family and saved us some money overall. Overall nice stay.

Convenient and affordable

I felt safe and comfortable. The property is a bit run down, but the rooms are nice and clean. Towels are very thin. No option to reuse towels. Door to stairwell slams so hard it will cause you to jump while in your room. Within walking distance to convention center and affordable.

Almost a good stay

It smelled like sweaty gym at first, the dials on the AC were worn away so you had no idea what your adjusting. The "breakfast" wasn't even continental, it was cereal and milk and bad coffee. The bathroom was quite acceptable, clean, stocked and supplied. I can't really be objective since my fiancee ghosted me.
