"Parking was not easy, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the water smelled like sewage. The bathroom was outdated and so tiny that I could barely raise my arm. I had to request clean linen for the beds at least four times before I found a truly clean set that didn't have stains. I would not recommend."

"The room was really nice. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is there was no gift shop. I’m used to seeing gift shops, so if you want to get anything that you forgot. They did have vending machines. I think a gift shop just makes it nicer. "

" It was the perfect stay for me. It had a microwave and a fridge that worked perfectly fine. I didn’t have any problems with water temperature at the hotel. The room was provided with an iron and ironing board, which was nice to have. In my 1 bed King bedroom, it also had a desk area to be on your laptop. Overall, I had a great experience here and would make sure to stay here again. I’m sure it said before I booked my stay, but there is no breakfast, which was a bummer."

"We weren't sure of the location of the hotel as it seemed to be placed in a residential area (the appearance) but overall the location was fine for the night we needed to stay for a sports tournament. The check-in was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not new or freshly remodeled but you can tell the staff have done there best to keep it in the best condition possible. If you are looking for a sparkling fresh feel, this may not be for you. It worked for us. Staff who care is the reason this location is doing well. "

Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"

"Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. Hair on towel when unfolded, stain on sheet. Hot water and water pressure for the shower we great though. People puking in the parking lot in the early morning as we left with car alarms going off."
