"The property from outside & inside is Very used. It is typical of that Ownership groups, cut corners to save money. Our room carpet was filthy we didn't realize till we took a white washcloth w water & bottoms of feet turned black I think from workers Boots & help not vacuuming or carpet shampoo. ..."
